Q: How can you offer me a great deal?

However, we’re still interested in working with you if you have at least a 640 credit score and a 25% down payment plus closing costs. Q: Do you offer owner financing or can I do a lease purchase?

A: Sorry, we do not market lease purchase properties. On occasion, owner financing is available and will be listed as such on the specific property’s details page.
